Technovac Service was founded by a team of experienced professionals who saw a need for high-quality vacuum pump sales and repair services in California. Our team has 15 plus years of experience in the industry, and we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting a valid Purchase Order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Technovac Service. Cancellation of a Purchase Order requires written consent from Technovac Service Management. Failure to obtain consent renders the Purchase Order legally binding. Upon order fulfillment, an invoice will be issued, detailing payment terms (NET, COD, etc). Overdue invoices will incur a grace period of five business days, after which a 10% late fee will be applied per month.

Any equipment submitted for repair and left at Technovac Service for six months without contact will be deemed surrendered and become property of Technovac Service.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs to and from Technovac Service are the responsibility of the customer. Quotes for Sales or Services exclude shipping costs unless specified. "Drop-Shipping" is available upon request.

LEAD TIMES

Refurbished Items: Refurbished items will be shipped within 24-48 hours upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order, subject to availability/stock. If unavailable, allow 10-15 working days for refurbishment.

Parts and Accessories: Call for availability. If available, they will be shipped within 24-48 hours upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order.

Repaired Items: Repaired items will be shipped within 10 to 15 working days upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order.
*Expedited Shipping: Available for a 30% additional charge, subject to consent and an updated Purchase Order from the customer. Expedited orders ship within 7 to 10 working days.
WARRANTY INFO
Refurbished/Repaired pumps carry up to a 1-year limited warranty (depending on product), covering faulty parts and/or assembly errors from the day of delivery. Warranty does not cover customer misuse. Units must be used within OEM-specified parameters.

Note: Over-contamination of the unit is not covered under OUR warranty.

Warranty claims are addressed at Technovac Services' expense, either by repair or replacement, if within warranty guidelines. Damage during shipping must be reported to the carrier/freight company.

In case of an issue, contact Technovac Service immediately before sending/returning the unit.
